You fanz are the greatest. Now, now… don’t be modest, you rock.

Often after the show, fanz young and old gather around the Stage Door to say hi to the boyz and grab a photo or two. If u have pix with the boyz, email them to us at altarboyz@ymail.com and we’ll post them, yo.

This first shot is the young Abraham with an even younger fan wearing the coolest hat we have ever seen. It even looks like Mark signed the brim!

The next two shots are of one of our favourite fanz, Brandi. She met Juan while he was doing some volunteering at the BC Children’s Hospital and she decided to come see the Latino stallion in action… And pick his nose a bit.

altar_boyz_2160The Altar Boyz have the best fanz in the entire world… true story, dawg. They are young, old, men, women, Christians, Jewish and sometimes they’re even from Abbotsford.

David Godin (no picture yet available… but Matthew will solve that), collects comments from many of the patrons who have come to the Altar Boyz for a soul cleansing. Here are the highlights from his Monday July 20th report:

“Hallelujah!”

“too short”

“this could run until Christmas. Can you imagine?”

“[quietly] I liked it…
[louder] I’m Catholic…
[shouting] I’M A CATHOLIC SCHOOL TEACHER!” This elicited peels of laugher and a couple cheers from nearby patrons.

Seven and counting…

Vancouver fanz have really embraced the Altar Boyz in a big way!  We’re getting lots of emails and comments from audience members who have been to the show, but we’re also recognizing some familiar faces!

After the jump, check out some pictures of the boyz with two of our biggest fanz!  They’ve now been to see Altar Boyz SEVEN TIMES!!  Four times on tour, three more times on Granville Island.

Confession: We sang the Altar Boyz songs EVERY NIGHT in New York for seven days in our hotel… at 3:00am.  When the hotel manager came to our room about sound complaints we denied it.

Propz from the Peepz

Our good friends and prayer buddiez over at the Arts Club’s Blog have posted a little something that was blush inducing today.  All kinds of praise has come in from fanz who have been to see the boyz at the Granville Island Stage.

An Altarholic Birthday

Jun 24 Altarholics with boyzNatasha, Sonora (with T-shirt), Fiona, Kira, Adele, Jacob, Eireann all came to today’s matinee of Altar Boyz to celebrate Sonora’s birthday!

The gang got together with the boyz in the lobby of the Granville Island Stage after the show to grab a few autographs and take a couple of pictures.
